Mission select:
Hold (Left Ctrl) + [Left Shift] + [F9] at the main menu then play the game. All missions will be unlocked.
Stay hidden:
It is important to stay hidden during the fights, so don't stay long in one place. Try to aim and shoot from long distances, and after every shot get in the cover and wait for a while.
Cheats:
At the main menu, input "nada" before entering the codes.
Get God mode - Input allgod
Unlimited ammunition - Input allammo
Simple AI - Input easy
