Select "Simulation" at the options screen. Once you have gained your racing license and have an OK car, select the "Racing Calendar" option. Choose the "Single Player" option, beat your opponent, and you will gain $400. You will then be queried to either "Restart" or "Exit To Menu". Choose "Restart", then just race, win, and repeat as many times as you wish to get as much money as desired.
