Speak to Earl. Speak to Helga's friend. Speak to Earl again; next, go back to release Helga.
Free Beloon:
Speak to Beloon. Speak to the elder. Speak to Taragatay (Beloon's uncle). Speak to the elder again. Go to wizard in Pinesville and speak with him. Speak with the elder one more time. Speak with Beloon and release him.
